Orders & Deliveries
Due to the large nature of products on our website we cannot guarantee that all pieces are in stock, although we do our very best to keep the website updated.
We will email a confirmation of receipt of your order and will again confirm with in 24 hours that the item is in stock and later update you with delivery times.
To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a professional NZ courier who delivers virtually anywhere within New Zealand. This way your parcel can be tracked.
Some orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the delivery. If not, then please let us know and we will use the option 'no signature required' and inform the courier company. In this case, mishLifestyle will not be liable for the items once its delivered to the delivery address.
We only deliver to residential or business addresses. We do NOT accept PO Boxes for security reasons.
If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.
We aim to deliver within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas.
Transit times do not include Public Holidays
Deliveries are only made on business days, not weekends. If you require a weekend delivery please inform us as it will incur extra delivery fee.
