Orders & Deliveries

Due to the large nature of products on our website we cannot guarantee that all pieces are in stock, although we do our very best to keep the website updated.

We will email a confirmation of receipt of your order and will again confirm with in 24 hours that the item is in stock and later update you with delivery times.

To meet your delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use a professional NZ courier who delivers virtually anywhere within New Zealand. This way your parcel can be tracked.

Some orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for the delivery. If not, then please let us know and we will use the option 'no signature required' and inform the courier company. In this case, Mish Lifestyle will not be liable for the items once its delivered to the delivery address.

If you were unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items re-delivered.

Please inspect items before signing, if the carrier will not wait then you should NOT sign. This will enable us to lodge a claim if any damage. For clarity, if they are signed as received in good condition and or received without inspection then any claim will be declined unless it is a manufacturing fault which is covered. 

Rural deliveries will incur additional charges. Once handed over from our carrier (NZ Couriers) & onboard with rural courier carrier that carriage is deemed complete, meaning we CANNOT claim for any breakages or claims. Unfortunately, the cost will be solely your own to replace any damaged rural items.

We only deliver to residential or business addresses. We do NOT accept PO Boxes for security reasons.

We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days (non rural) and 5-7 business days (rural) after dispatch from our New Zealand warehouses.

SOGA products take 7-10 business days (non rural) and 10-12 business days (rural) to get delivered from Australia.
Rural deliveries will take longer in some areas.
Transit times do not include Public Holidays
Deliveries are only made on business days, not weekends. If you require a weekend delivery please inform us as it will incur extra delivery fee.
