I've always admired beautiful things. Growing up, I would walk through high-end homewares stores and interiors showrooms and feel that pull — the way a beautifully designed space makes you feel something. Calm. Inspired. At home in the best possible sense of the word.

But I kept asking the same question: why does it have to cost so much? Why are the most beautiful pieces always the most out of reach?
